- HIV/AIDS Ministry Team
Beginning with a symposium & AIDS testing during the fall of 2008, Fifth's newly established HIV/AIDS Ministry Team will work to provide care for persons affected with AIDS , confidential testing, advocacy for those with HIV/AIDS and education that can prevent the spread of AIDS. We will conduct this ministry in partnership with Cleveland's historic Antioch Baptist Church. |
- Benjamin Robinson Memorial Benevolence Fund
Through this special effort named after a faithful and thoughtful member of the church, Fifth gives small one-time-only cash gifts to persons experiencing financial hardship and need. This fund is fueled by our members and friends who donate to the Benjamin Robinson Memorial Benevolence Fund during worship services.

- Food Pantry
Every third Saturday, Fifth's Food Pantry Ministry distributes food to neighbors and all who are in need of food. In addition, clothing items are made available. Both food and clothing are free of charge.

- Youth Ministry
Youth are taken seriously at Fifth. On first and third Saturdays, youth from ages 13 to 17 gather for fun, fellowship, Bible study, field trips and learning. Recently, our youth received training on the subject of social etiquette and participated in a tobogganing trip .
Future activities will involve camp with the Ohio Region of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and mission/service projects.
In addition to these activities, youth regularly serve as acolytes and readers during worship services at Fifth and are involved in important church-wide activities and decision-making bodies. Under Development: Youth Church to meet on Sundays during morning worship.

- Childrens Ministry
Elementary aged children, too, are cherished at Fifth. Faith-based fun and learning opportunities are available each first and second Saturday.
In addition, children are involved in Sunday worship through service as acolytes and participants in worship.
Our youth and children's ministry meet on 1st and 3rd Saturday's.
